Custom orders

Sending a design is a request, not a purchase. We reply with the price, timing and a photo of your yarn. Your order is confirmed once you approve it and pay.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are starting prices. The price we confirm with you is final for that order. We send a secure payment link and start making your piece once it's paid.

Making and shipping

Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in stitches and color from the photos are normal. We ship within the United States with tracking. Timing estimates start once your order is paid.

Returns and repairs

Because each piece is made to order in colors you chose, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what we confirmed, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair or remake it.

Safety

Pacifier clips are for supervised, awake use only. Never use one during sleep or attach it around a baby's neck or wrist. Inspect every piece before each use and stop using it at the first sign of wear or a loose part. Keep small parts away from children.
